1. Products and Services
We supply a wide range of construction materials including, but not limited to:
- Cement, bricks, and aggregates
- Steel Bar, Steel Fabric/ BRC
- Paints, sealants, and coatings
- Roofing Products – Concrete, Clay, Ceramic, Metal
- Plumbing and electrical components
- Cellulose Fiber Cement Boards – Ceiling, Wall Panels & Plan

2. Bulk Order Terms
For bulk orders:
- A minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply depending on product type.
- Bulk pricing and custom quotations are available upon request.
- Customers may be asked to provide relevant details for logistics and coordination purposes.
- For bulk orders, customers are required to place their orders at least one (1) month in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia, MYR.
- Prices exclude shipping or delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Online Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
- Full payment is required before any order is dispatched unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon confirmation of payment.
- Delivery timelines vary based on order size and location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
- Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 48 hours.
- For bulk orders, customers are required to place their orders at least one (1) month in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Only items that are defective or incorrect are eligible for return or exchange.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Global Builder Hardware Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
7. Intellectual Property
